View every active load with live carrier position
The board displays each assignment, the assigned carrier's current location, and time left before the pickup window closes.
Dispatch board details
Most dispatch tools show states such as tendered, confirmed, in transit, or delivered. MatchLog adds location context, showing the carrier's current position relative to pickup and the time still available.
If its engine finds that current position and typical travel time make a pickup unlikely, it flags the assignment. Flagged loads appear at the board's top instead of being buried among confirmed assignments that may already have gone wrong.
The board refreshes with each ELD position ping. The interval depends on the telematics source, typically every 5 to 10 minutes.
-
Pickup position, beyond status
For every active carrier, view distance to pickup and estimated arrival time, rather than a bare confirmed status that cannot show whether arrival is on time.
-
Automatic at-risk alerts
The engine compares current position with the pickup window and flags loads unlikely to arrive on time. No manual monitoring needed.
-
Full history for every load
Each load records every alert, position snapshot, and assignment change. After a missed pickup, review the complete timeline instead of only the final state.
